Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Johnpride.in, you can return the product to us within 7 Days of Delivery. Returns are applicable only in the case when the size doesn’t fits in or we have by mistake delivered a wrong size or you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.

  • Once the return in requested, we will make sure that the product is picked up within 1-2 days.
  • Please note that we offer refunds only for PREPAID orders. The refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of return pick-up. For Cash On Delivery Orders, only store credits would be provided against the return. The store credits can be completely be used to place any further order on johnpride.in.
  • We do not refund Shipping Charges paid on the order returned.
  • The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
  • If the tag seal that loops around the label is broken, then the return will not be accepted.
  • At the time of returning order, you also can ship the products back to our warehouse. In this case, please pack the products carefully and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number.
  • For Boxers, they are non-returnable and non refundable.

For exchange:

  • For returns regarding to Size Issues, you can write to us at support@johnpride.in or Call US/WhatsApp Us: +91-9599969498. You can return the order and get it REPLACED with the right size.
  • You need to raise a request for replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • If the tag seal that loops around the label is broken, then the return will not be accepted, and no exchange shall be processed.
  • Certain charges would be applicable in case of exchange, they are:
  1. Rs. 49 for product or order value between Rs. 0 - Rs. 1199.
  2. Rs. 99 for product or order value between Rs. 1200 - Rs. 1999.
  3. Rs. 149 for product or order value between Rs. 2000 - Rs. 2999.
  4. Rs. 199 for product or order value from Rs. 3000 and above.

For Refunds for Orders placed using the Discount Code: XTRA10

  • 1. The code: XTRA10 is applicable for consumers purchasing products above Rs. 5000.
  • In this deal, the consumer gets an extra 10% above the existing discounts offered on the products.
  • If a customer returns a product, which takes his net cart value to less than Rs. 5000, then he will not be liable to the offer anymore.
  • For instance, a customer has ordered 2 products worth Rs.2000 and Rs. 3000, and avails and extra 10% Discount i.e., Rs. 500.
  • If the customer returns the product worth Rs. 2000, the net cart value amount to Rs. 3000.
  • In this case, if the customer opts for Store Credits, he will be credits Rs. 1800, less the extra 10% availed, and in case of Refunds through Bank Transfer, he will be credited Rs.1500, less the entire discount of Rs. 500 availed.
