How do I place a cancellation request on

  • You can cancel all items before they have been shipped from our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account either we can give you store credit as per your requirement within 15 days. 
  • Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
  •  Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund any prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.
  •  If the product is shipped before we receive your cancellation request, then we will not be able to cancel the order. In this case, please contact or Call Us/WhatsApp Us: +91-9599969498

How do I place a replacement request on

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from, you can return the product to us within 30 Days. Returns are applicable only in the case when the size doesn’t fits in or we have by mistake delivered a wrong size or you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.

  • Once the return in requested, we will make sure that the product is picked up within 1-2 days.
  • Please note that we offer refunds only for PREPAID orders. The refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of return pick-up. For Cash On Delivery Orders, only store credits would be provided against the return. The store credits can be completely be used to place any further order on
  • For returns regarding to Size Issues, you can write to us at or Call US/WhatsApp Us: +91-9599969498. You can return the order and get it REPLACED with the right size.
  • The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
  • At the time of returning order, you can ship the products back to our warehouse. In this case, please pack the products carefully and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number.

Why was my order cancelled by John Pride?

We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:

  • If product is out of stock or is discontinued
  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
  • We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if partial order is cancelled or whole. We will contact you if any additional information is required to accept your order.
