How do I place a replacement request on johnpride.in?
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Johnpride.in, you can return the product to us within 15 Days of Delivery. Returns are applicable only in the case when the size doesn’t fits in or we have by mistake delivered a wrong size or you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
- To return an order, write to our customer care at email@example.com or Call Us or WhatsApp us: +91-9599969498
- Once the return in requested, we will make sure that the product is picked up within 1-2 days.
- Please note that we offer refunds only for PREPAID orders. The refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of return pick-up. For Cash On Delivery Orders, only store credits would be provided against the return. The store credits can be completely be used to place any further order on johnpride.in.
- For returns regarding to Size Issues, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Call US/WhatsApp Us: +91-9599969498. You can return the order and get it REPLACED with the right size.
- The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
- At the time of returning order, you can ship the products back to our warehouse. In this case, please pack the products carefully and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number.
